Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Local Drop-Off Deliveries 

Our local drop-off option is only available in San Francisco & Daly City, CA. Upon checking out, please double-check that your contact information is correct. We will contact you within two business days to set a date and time for our local drop-off. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipment Packaging

Our pieces are protected and shipped to you in design recycle packaging. Our company makes sure sustainability is a key element.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.  Me Luvs 11.11 Delia's Creations LLC ships to addresses within the U.S. addresses.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.
